What types of projects do you do?

We are a full service practice which means we can listen to your requirements, architect a solution, develop the application, distribute, install, and maintain it, and train your staff on how to use it. We can also develop user documentation.
We can also rescue an application that may have stalled are reached a ‘dead-end’.

How large a project can you handle?

We have developed mission critical applications with hundreds of concurrent users spanning the globe running 24x7. We haven’t encountered an application we can’t deliver.

How do you deal with feature creep?

We interact with our clients to clearly define the scope of each project. However, it is inevitable that a project will expand to accommodate feature(s) or condition(s) that were not anticipated. We will discuss the changes required and explain the impact on the schedule and cost of the project.

What kind of training do you provide?

We like to interact with key people in your organization so they fully understand what is going on and encourage them to contribute to the look and feel of the application. We will train the users of the application and/or supply your staff with the tools they need to train them.

Will you work at our facility?

We prefer to do the bulk of our work off-site at our facility but we can make arrangements to work at your office. We will do whatever works best for you.

How much will it cost?

We are available for both small and large projects. Your cost can be as little as $150 for an entire project.

How do I get paid?

-Project Basis -Our preferred method for billing is on a 'Project' basis. We will provide an estimate of the scope of an application or project and an estimated delivery schedule as each milestone is achieved. Billing and payment will occur at each milestone.

-Hourly Basis - An hourly rate is available for project(s) lasting more than a month (160 hours).
